 Rx
  3 Handstand Push-ups (strict for the first 5 rounds; 15's+ABMAT/10's+ABMAT)
   7 Knees To Elbows
    21 Double Unders

Rx+
 3 Bar Muscle Ups
  7 Handstand Push-ups (strict for the first 3 rounds; 25's+ABMAT/15's+ABMAT)
   21 Double Unders

Extra: Clean + Push Press + Jerk -> Clean + Jerk (no belts; not all out - as soon as you get your first imperfect rep - stop for the day).
