Back Squat 5-4-3-2-1 at the same loads (build up in sets of 5 as well), then

Three rounds for max reps of:
 45 seconds of Rowing (calories)
  45 seconds of Rest
 45 seconds of Sit-ups
  45 seconds of Rest
 45 seconds of Swings (55/35)
  45 seconds of Rest

Extra: Bench Press (DB's or BB) + Pull-overs 10-10-10... + Ring Muscle Up practice
