Bent Over Rows & Shoulder Presses 5-5-5-5-5... (no belts, small increases for 5-7 sets), then

How many rounds can you do in 10 minutes of:
 6 Push-ups
  8 Air Squats
   12 Renegade Rows (total reps; pick loads)

For Rx+ do Push-ups on DB's & use at least 35's/25's.
