Ring Play (inverts, baskets, ring shoulder stands), then

Five rounds for max reps of:
 20 seconds of Chest To Bar Pull-ups
  40 seconds of Rest
 20 seconds of Push Presses (pick load; no belts)
  40 seconds of Rest

For Push Presses pick a load you can do at least 5 reps with, but no more than 10 per round.

For Rx+ do Ring Muscle Ups & use at least 115/73
