Handstand Practice (new drills), then

How high up the ladder can you do in 9 minutes of:
 1 Deadlift (pick load; no belts)
  1 Weighted Step Up (pick load - use medicine balls if possible unless too light; each side)
   2 Deadlifts
    2 Step Ups
     3...3...4...4....5...

For Rx+ use at least 185/103 (no belts) & do Pistols (each side)

Extra: Bench Press & 1 arm Rows (and/or Pullovers) 10-10-10...
