  50 Sit-ups
   10 Thrusters (pick your DB's or KB's; 35/20's minimum)
    40 Sit-ups
     8 Thrusters
      30 Sit-ups
       6 Thrusters
        20 Sit-ups
         4 Thrusters
          10 Sit-ups
           2 Thrusters

For Rx skip the round of 50 Sit-ups & begin the workout with 10 Thrusters (the rest remains the same).

Extra: Back Squat 5-4-3-2-1 at the same load (not all out; no belts)
