Memorial Day Hours: 8 am and 9:30 am classes only.

Hang Snatch 1-1-1-1-1... (no belts), then

How many rounds can you do in 11 minutes of:
4 Deadlifts (use the same bar or pick load; no belts)
 3 Hang Power Cleans
  2 Shoulder To Overhead
   1 Rope Climb
    Rest 1 minute

Or go in teams of 2 & do 1 round at a time.

For Rx+ do legless rope climbs (men from seated) & use at least 155/93.
