Memorial Day Hours: 8 am and 9:30 am classes only.

With increasing loads & perfect form (no belts) practice:
 3x Press + 3x Push Press + 3x Jerk, then

For time:
Rx
 50 Air Squats
  40 Burpees
   30 Box Jumps (24/20)
    20 Knees To Elbows
     10 Burpees

Rx+
 50 Wall Balls
  40 Burpees
   30 Box Jumps (28/24)
    20 Burpees
     10 Bar Muscle Ups

Extra: Muscle Snatch + Power Snatch + Squat Snatch drills or work on a weakness/something you can't do - Handstand Holding for example.
