Five rounds for max reps of:
 30 seconds of Swings (55/35 or more)
  30 seconds of Rest
   30 seconds of Burpees
    30 seconds of Rest

Extra: Deadlift 2-2-2-2-2-2... (no belts; off elevation if desired)
