With a continuously running clock do:
 1 Strict Handstand Push-up on the 1st minute (10's+AB/AB)
  2 Strict Handstand Push-ups on the 2nd minute
   3 Strict Handstand Push-ups on the 3rd...

Continue as long as possible. Fractions sets if needed.

For Rx+ use 25's+ABMAT/10's+ABMAT, then

How many rounds can you do in 15 minutes of:
 15 Shoulder Presses (pick load; 75/45 recommended)
  15 Swings (55/35)
   15 Air Squats
    Rest 1 minute after each round

For Rx+ wear a vest.

Extra: Back Squat 5-4-3-2-1 @ same load; no belts; not all out.
