Looks like that was a hard workout for Denzel

Every 60-90 seconds for 15-20 minutes do:
 Hang Clean & Jerk 1-1-1-1... (small jumps mandatory, squat isn't), then

For time:
 Rx
  700 m Row
   70 Double Unders
    7 Wall Walks
     7 Rope Climbs

Rx+
 1000 m Row
  100 Double Unders
   100' Handstand Walk
    10 Rope Climbs (legless if possible)

If all are legless - specify on the board, otherwise do as many as you can legless (at a fast pace), then switch to using feet.

Extra: Snatch/Overhead Squat work of any kind
