Every 60-90 seconds with small increases do:
 Basic: Power Snatch (pause just above knee) + Paused OHS
  Advanced: Squat Snatch (pause just above knee), then

For time:
 Row 2000 meters

If desired - row 3000 meters in teams of 2 switching every minute.
