Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3... (no belts, t'n'g) + L-sits or L-hangs between sets, then

For time:
 Rx
  50 Weighted Step Ups (total reps; pick load)
   40 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (same load)
    30 Weighted Step Ups
     20 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
      10 Weighted Step Ups

If necessary - use different loads for SDHP & Step Ups

Rx+
 50 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (55/35 or more)
  40 Pistols (total reps; alternating)
   30 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
    20 Pistols
     10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls

Extra; Back Squat 5-4-3-2-1 reps at same load; no belts, not all out.
