Every 60-90 seconds with small increases do:
 Power Clean + Front Squat + Jerk 1-1-1-1-1..., then

For time:
 21 SDHP's (55/35 or more)
  21 Burpees
   15 SDHP's
    15 Burpees
     9 SDHP's
      9 Burpees

For Rx+ use 100/63 and do Over The Bar Burpees

Extra: Practice Ring Muscle Ups or Pull-ups
