  50 Push-ups
   50 Front Squats (pick load)
  50 Deadlifts (same load)
 Row 800 meters

Rx+ (35 min cap)
 Row 1000 meters
  50 Bench Press (pick load)
   50 Back Squats (same load)
  50 Deadlifts (same load)
 Row 1000 meters

If going in teams of 2 - reps stay the same, but use more weight & Row 1500 meters instead (1 rowing at a time, switch every minute).

Extra: Climbing board and/or Ring Muscle Up practice
