  5 Hand Release Push-ups
   7 Air Squats

Rx+
 3 Power Clean & Jerk (pick load; no belts)
  5 Clapping Push-ups
   7 Wall Balls

Extra: Back Squat 5-4-3-2-1 reps at the same load (no belts)
