Every 60-90 seconds with small increases do:
 Power Snatch (paused just above knee) + Paused OHS (no belts), then

How many rounds can you do in 10 minutes of:
 Rx
  3 Strict Pullups
   6 Burpees
    9 Double Unders

 Rx+
  3 Muscle Ups (first one Strict) 
   7 Burpees
    21 Double Unders

For Rx +/- all kipping MU's are fine, but one should feel the shame... (unless you're new to the Muscle Up world)...
