3x Power Clean + 3x Jerk (no belts; unbroken), then

How many rounds can you do in 15 minutes of:
 Rx
  15 Knees To Elbows
   20 Push-ups
    25 Swings (35/25 or more)
     30 SIt-ups

 Rx+
  10 Bar Muscle Ups
   20 Hand Release Push-ups
    30 Swings (55/35 or more)
     40 Sit-ups

Go solo or partner up.

Extra: Deadlift 3-3-3-3-1-1 (off elevation if desired, no belts, not all out)
