Bench Press + 1 arm Rows (unsupported) 10-10-10-10..., then

How high up the ladder can you go in 12 minutes of:
 1 Strict Handstand Push-up (10's+ABMAT/ABMAT)
12' Overhead Walking Lunges (1 arm; 25/15 or pick)
 1 Strict Pull-up
12' Overhead Walking Lunges (other arm; 25/15)
 2 Strict HSPU's
12' Overhead Walking Lunges (1 arm; 25/15)
 2 Strict Pull-ups
12' Overhead Walking Lunges (other arm; 25/15)
 3 Strict HSPU's
12' Overhead Walking Lunges (one arm; 25/15)
 3 Strict Pull-ups...

For Rx+ do HSPU's on 25's+ABMAT/10's/ABMAT, do CTB strict Pull-ups & use 35/25 or more for lunges.

Extra: Go for a easy 10-20 minute jog
