 Rx (solo or teams of 2)
  900 meter Run
   90 Burpees
    9 Rope Climbs

 Rx+ (teams of 2)  
  900 meter Bumper Run (45/25; one carries)
   100 Burpees over a parallette
    11 Legless Rope Climbs (no jumping for men)
