Headstand & Shoulder Stand Practice (and some various gymnastics), then

How many rounds can you do in 12 minutes of:
 Rx
  4 Deadlifts (pick loads; no belts)
   8 Strict Handstand Push-ups (15's+ABMAT/10's+ABMAT)
    12 Lunges (each side)

 Rx+
  3 Deadlifts (pick load; no belts)
   4 Ring Handstand Push-ups
    5 Pistols (each side)

Extra: Handstand & Double Under (or Triple Under) practice
