Every 90 seconds for 7 sets (9 minutes) with the same loads do:
 Power Snatch x 3 reps (touch & go; no foot movement if possible), then

How many rounds can you do in 9 minutes of:
 3 Strict Pull-ups (chest to bar, add weight if possible) 
  6 Swings (55/35 or more)
   9 Wall Balls

Extra: Back Squat 5-4-3-2-1 at the same load (no belts, not all out)
