Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3... (no belts, T'n'G, but no slamming), then

For time:
 10 Front Squats (pick load)
  50 Sit-ups
   8 Front Squats
    40 Sit-ups
     6 Front Squats
      30 Sit-ups
       4 Front Squats
        20 Sit-ups
         2 Front Squats
          10 Sit-ups

Go solo or in teams of 2 (pick heavier squats if going team).
