   15 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
   15 Air Squats
    12 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
    12 Air Squats
    9 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
    9 Air Squats

Extra: Snatch practice of any kind (emphasize bottom position of Overhead Squat)
