Every 60-90 seconds with small increases do:
 Basic: Power Clean + Front Squat + Jerk or
  Advanced: Squat Clean + Jerk, then

How many rounds can you do in 10 minutes of:
 8 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (75/45)
  10 Push Presses (75/45)
   12' Rope Climb 1 ascent

For Rx+ use 115/73 & climb legless (from seated for men)
