For time in teams of 2 (solo do 1/2 reps)
 Rx
  Run 800 meters
   50 Push-ups  
    40 Front Squats (pick load)
     30 Push-ups
      20 Front Squats
       10 Push-ups
        Run 800 meters

 Rx+
  Run 800 meters
   21 Ring Muscle Ups
    21 Front Squats (pick load; 155/103 minimum)
     15 Ring Muscle Ups
      15 Front Squats
       9 Ring Muscle Ups
        9 Front Squats
         Run 800 meters
