How many rounds can you do in 21 minutes of:
 Rx
  10 Front Squats (135/83 or pick load)
   20 Pull-ups
    30 Push-ups
     40 Sit-ups
      50 Air Squats

 Rx+
  10 Squat Cleans
   20 Chest To Bar Pull-ups
    30 Hand Release Push-ups
     40 Wall Balls
      50 Sit-ups

For Rx+ loads will be 135/83 on 1st round/165/103 on 2nd, 195/123 on 3rd, 225/143 on 4th... Go in teams of 2 if desired/possible.

Extra: Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3-... (not all out, no belts)
