In teams of 2 (solo do 1/2 reps) do:
 Rx (30 min cap)
  Run or Row 800 meters
   50 Strict Pull-ups
    100 Hand Release Push-ups
   150 Air Squats
 Run or Row 800 meters

Rx+ (35 min cap; no scaling)
 800 meter Run
  50 Back Squats (pick load; 135/83 minimum)
   800 meter Run
    50 Bench Presses (same bar) 
     800 meter Run
      50 Strict Chest To Bar Pull-ups

If feeling extra adventurous - do either Rx or Rx+ in vests. Cap stays the same so be mindful of it.
