 20 seconds of Shoulder Presses (85/53)
  40 seconds of Rest
 20 seconds of Strict Pull-ups
  40 seconds of Rest

For Rx+ use 115/73 & Strict Chest To Bar Pull-ups

How many rounds can you do in 10 minutes of:

  10 Hand Release Push-ups
   10 Box Jumps (24/20)
    1 Rope Climb

Rx+
 10 Ring Dips
  10 Box Jumps (30/24)
   1 Legless Rope Climb (from seated for men)
