Paused Overhead Squat 3-3-3-3-3... (snatched if possible, but from racks is okay as well), then

How many rounds can you do in 10 minutes of:
 10 One Arm Snatches (total reps; pick load)
  10 Air Squats
   1 Rope Climb

For Rx+ use at least 55/35, do Weighted Squats (with the same DB or KB) & climb legless (men can't jump up at the start of the climb, ladies can).
