Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3..., then

Three rounds for sum total of all reps:
 30 seconds of Box Jumps (24/20)
  30 seconds of Rest
 30 seconds of Toes To Bar
  30 seconds of Rest
 30 seconds of Swings (55/35 or more)
  30 seconds of Rest
 30 seconds of Weighted Lunges (55/35; in place)
  30 seconds of Rest

Extra: Climbing board or Weighted Pull-up 5-5-5-5-5 (if I somehow haven't hung up the boards).
