Every minute on the minute for 12-15 minutes with small increases do:
Power Clean & Jerk, then
How many rounds can you do in 10 minutes of:
3 Front Squats (use the same bar or adjust loads)
5 Handstand Push-ups (strict; 10's + ABMAT/ABMAT)
For Rx+ use at least 155/103, do Handstand Push-ups on 25's+ABMAT/10's+ABMAT & CTB Pull-ups
Extra: Practice rope climbing for 10-15 minutes (legless/seated legless if regular climbing is easy-peasy).
