Front Squat 3-3-3-3-3 (no more than 10 lbs/5 kg total jumps for the last 3-5 sets), then

How many rounds can you do in 10 minutes of:
 21 Air Squats
  7 Hang Power Cleans (155/103 or pick load)
   3 Rope Climbs

Go in teams of 2 if possible (switch after each round and go fast, unless you haven't mastered the rope climbs, then plan accordingly)
