Every 2 minutes with increasing loads:
 Front Squat 3-3-3-3-3... (cleaned; small 5-10 lbs jumps for 5-7 sets: ie 133/138/143/148... or 225/235/245/255/265...)

Three rounds for time of:
 Rx
  10 Deadlifts (use the same bar or adjust as needed)
   25 Double Unders

 Rx+
  10 Deadlifts
   50 Double Unders
