 Back Squat 2-2-2-2-2-2... (all reps paused at the bottom; emphasize depth & go by 10 lbs/5kg     for 3-5 sets at the end), then

How many rounds can you do in 12 minutes of:
 24' Overhead Walking Lunges (45/25)
  24 Sit-ups
  24 Push-ups
