Every 60-90 seconds with increasing loads do:
 Hang Power Snatch + Paused Overhead Squat 1-1-1-1-1...
  (no ft movement on HPSn if possible), then

How many rounds can you do in 12 minutes of:
Rx
 2 Strict Handstand Push-ups (10's+ABMAT/ABMAT)
  4 Ring Dips
   8 Swings (55/35)

Rx+
 2 Ring Muscle Ups
  4 Strict Handstand Push-ups (25's+ABMAT/10's+ABMAT)
   8 Swings (more weight)

Extra: Go for a run or row for 10-20 minutes.
