Shoulder Press + Bent Over Rows 7-7-7-7-7..., then

How high can you go up the ladder in 10 minutes of:
 1 Strict Pull-up
  40' Overhead Walking Lunges (25/10)
 2 Strict Pull-ups
  40' Overhead Walking Lunges (25/10)
 3 Strict Pull-ups...

For Rx+ do Weighted Pull-ups (45/25) & use 45/25 for lunges as well.

If there's time leftover - do some mobility for 8-10 minutes.

Extra: Handstand & Double Under/Triple Under drills.
