In teams of 2 (solo do 1/2 reps, run stays the same) Rx  1000 m Run   50 Strict Pull-ups    100 Push-ups   150 Air Squats 1000 m Run Rx+  1 mile Run   100 Strict Pull-ups    200 Push-ups   300 Air Squats  1 mile Run Partition the reps as necessary (going 10 rounds of 5-10-15 for Rx or 25 rounds of 4-8-12 for Rx+ is ideal). 45 min cap. Must go with a partner or half the reps. No solo-ing the full strict Murph.
