Five rounds for max reps:
 20 seconds of Strict Pull-ups
  40 seconds of Rest
 20 seconds of Handstand Push-ups (strict; 25's+ABMAT/10's+ABMAT) 
  40 seconds of Rest

For time:
 30-20-10 reps of:
  Hand Release Push-ups
   Box Jumps (24/20; mandatory step down)

For Rx+ do 40-30-20-10 reps. Step downs on the box jumps.

Extra: Deadlift 5-4-3-2-1-1-1... (no belts; no dropping)
