Labor Day, Monday, Sept 5 schedule - 9:30 am & 11 am classes only!

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes with the same loads do:
 Basic: Power Snatch (paused at just above the knee) + Overhead Squat
 Advanced: Squat Snatch (paused at just above the knee), then

Three rounds for time of (15 min cap):
"Bell" 
 21 Deadlifts (pick load)
  15 Pull-ups
   9 Front Squats (same bar)

Actual "Bell" workout uses 185/113, so we'll call it Rx+

Extra: Deadlift 5-4-3-2-1-1-1... (no belts; not all out; off elevation if desired)
