Hang Squat Clean + Front Squat 1-1-1-1-1..., then

How many rounds can you do in 10 minutes of:
 4 Strict Handstand Push-ups (25's+Abmat/10's+Abmat)
  6 Box Jumps (24/20)
   8 One Arm Snatches (55/35, total reps; alternate)

For Rx+ HSPU's are on 45's/25's, use more weight & do Box Jump Overs.
