  10 Chest To Bar Pull-ups
   20 Box Jumps (24/20)
    30 Push-ups
     40 Swings (55/35)

Rx+
 10 Bar Muscle Ups (7 for ladies)
  20 Box Jumps (30/24)
   30 Swings (more weight)
    40 Push-ups

Extra: Back Squat 3-3-3-3... (no belts; not all out)
