 Basic: Hang Power Snatch + Paused Overhead Squat 1-1-1-...
 Advanced: Squat Snatch (paused both at knee & at catch) 1-1-1-..., then

For time:
 Rx
  Run or Row 600 meters
  10 Wall Walks
   60 Sit-ups

Rx+
 Run or Row 1000 meters
  100' Handstand Walk
   100 Sit-ups

Extra: Deadlift 5-4-3-2-1-1-1... (no belts, not all out)
