 20 seconds of Handstand Push-ups (25's+ABMAT/10's+ABMAT; strict) 
  40 seconds of Rest

How many rounds can you do in 15 minutes of:
 10 Seated Presses (pick load)
  20 Push-ups (on dumbbells)
   30 Renegade Rows (total reps; same load)
    40' Weighted Lunges (same load)
