Practice Turkish Get Up, then

For time in teams of 2:
 600 m Farmer Carry (pick loads)
  15 Power Snatches (pick loads)
   600 m Bumper Run (45/25)
    20 Power Cleans (same bar)
     600 m Run
      25 Front Squats (same bar)

For solo do 10-15-20 reps, but don't go as heavy as you would with a partner.
