Handstand Push-ups

Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes with the same loads do:
 5 Back Squats (if possible use the same from FS previous week or a bit more), then

For time:
 Rx
  800 m Row
   30 Seated Presses (pick loads)
    3 Rope Climbs

Rx+
 1000 m Row
  30 Seated Presses (30's/20's minimum)
   3 Rope Climbs (all legless for men, 1st legless for ladies)

Extra: Snatch drills of any kind - focus on mobility, pause at the bottom of overhead squats.
