Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3... (no belts), then

How many rounds can you do in 9 minutes of:
 3 Front Squats (pick load)
  6 Box Jumps (24/20; be careful after the FS)
   9 Hand Release Push-ups

For Rx+ use at least 165/103, jump on 28/24 & do Clapping Push-ups

Extra: Bench Press 8-8-8-8... (bb or db) & Climbing Board
