Every 60-90 seconds with increasing loads for 12-15 minutes do:
 Hang Power Clean & Jerk 1-1-1-1-1..., then

How many rounds can you do in 16 minutes of:
 10 Chest To Bar Pull-ups
  20 Burpees
   30 Swings (55/35)
    40' Weighted Walking Lunges (55/35)

For Rx+ do Bar Muscle Ups (10 for men/7 for ladies) & use more weight.

Extra: Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3... (no belts, not all out)
