Five rounds for reps of:
 20 seconds of Strict Handstand Push-ups (25's+ABMAT/10's+ABMAT)
  40 seconds of Rest
 20 seconds of Strict Pull-ups
  40 seconds of Rest

How many rounds can you do in 12 minutes of:
 12 Swings (55/35)
  12 Push-ups
   1 Rope Climb

For Rx+ swing more weight, do Hand Release Push-ups & Climb legless (first 3 for ladies, the rest are regular climbs)
