Mobility (couch or lunge stretch, hamstring with band - 90-120 seconds each plus 1 more stretch of coaches choice - total of 8-10 mins max), followed by

Deadlift 2-2-2-2-2..., then

For time:
 50 Push-ups
  40 Front Squats (85/53)
   30 Push-ups
    20 Front Squats
     10 Push-ups

For Rx+ do Hand Release Push-ups & Back Squats (135/83; no racks). 15 min cap.

Extra: Back Squat 9-7-5-3-1-1-1... (no belts, not all out)
